Chilli Promotions is an internationally award winning promotional products company with a unique and innovative offering, ranging from a branded merchandise to bespoke, tailored OEM products.

Chilli Promotions needed a digital strategy that demonstrated their capabilities to potential customers. They had a dated, non-responsive, website with content that positioned them as a vendor of simple branded products, rather than the full-service promotions partner that they were.

Execution

To maximise the value of Chilli’s new website, we took them through our discovery process. We analysed their customers, developed buyer personas and mapped customer journeys.
Using the information we collected, we developed a fresh, fully responsive website that was in-line with their brand. To accentuate Chilli’s capabilities and provide inspiration to customers, we developed a content strategy incorporating a blog and case studies.
To drive traffic to Chilli’s new website, we provided an SEO and Google Adwords service, with the ultimate aim of increasing sales volume through their digital channels
